Registration

You can register by clicking on the “Sign Up” link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

You can register by clicking on the “Sign up/Register” link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please follow the following steps:

  • Click on Sign up / Register
  • Place your Mobile Number you want to register with BE
  • Put your password there which you can remember easily.
  • Place the OTP which will come the Mobile Number you have given
  • Place your Email ID (It is optional)

After successful registration “Complete Your Profile” Link will appear.  Please provide the information in the form that appears.

You can Login by using your Registered Mobile Number and Password maintained by you.  In case, you don’t remember your password then you can login through using your Registered Mobile Number and OTP option for validation.

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one beginviyant account.

At the time of visiting the website www.beviyant.com it is not at all necessary to complete your profile, but while placing an order to complete the checkout process it is compulsory to complete the profile and provide all the information in the form that appears.

Yes, due to any accidental reason, i.e. theft of phone, breakdown of phone etc. you can update/change your Registered Mobile Number using My Profile/Account section.  At this time you will need to verify your account through a link send to your Registered Email ID if your number is not existed with you.

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your beginviyant account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

Each email address and phone number can be associated with one beginviyant account only.

Yes, we do understand the importance of time and the toil involved in shopping groceries. Up to three members in a family can have the same address provided the email address and phone number associated with the accounts are unique.

No, currently we are serving only in one location of the city i.e Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Membership Offer

To become a Beginviyant Member and enjoy benefits of BE offer (FREEMILK21), you just need Sign Up on the website. Then you need to fulfil the eligibility i.e. to complete Minimum Purchase Order of INR 2,999/- and more in a whole month to get applicable for the offer.

No, there is no any additional fees for the BE Membership we charged as of now.  But in future it can be paid membership as per the requirement.

As it is free now, there is no fee recurring for renewal. But when it will be paid membership then also the fee will not be recurring, which means that you don’t authorize us to charge you continuously (month-on-month). If you wish to renew or extend your membership, you can do so by buying an additional membership plan at the time of ending of previous Membership plan. We will regularly update you on your renewal & as a user you agree to receive promotional or transactional communication.

No, the Membership Fees is not refundable, while BE Plans fees is refundable depending upon applicable terms & conditions.

Yes, all the products available on BE are available for you under BE Membership Plan except all the Branded/Packed Items.

Currently there is no any additional fees charged for BE Membership.  Only customer need to Minimum Purchase of INR 2,999/- and above in a whole month to get eligible for the Membership offer “FREEMILK21”.  Hence, there is no any registration required to get BE Membership as of now.  But when you will get Paid Membership then you cannot cancel membership of BE once you paid it.

Membership plan is currently offered at introductory price and are liable to change at BEs’ discretion. In case of any updation in the membership fee, you don’t have to pay anything extra for your ongoing plan. However, the plan renewals will happen at updated prices only.

Yes, you can enjoy both offers that are available on the BE platform from time to time. Some coupons and offers might have certain restrictions. Please refer to the offer T&C.

No, you can’t pay for this membership from BE’s CB Wallet.

There is no limit to the number of orders that you can place on the BE platform.

Currently, there is no any validity for BE Membership. But once it will be paid Membership then it can be bought for a period of 1 Year (365 days). Membership expires at midnight on the last day of your membership period.

Currently, we are offering “FREEMILK21” offer, i.e. after making Minimum Purchase Order of INR 2,999/- and above in a month, you will be eligible to get 21 Days Milk every month. To avail this offer you need to purchase of minimum of INR 2,999/- and above in a whole month and after successful purchase of the mentioned amount you will get 21 days milk free next month.  The free product offered is 500 ml Amul Taaza Milk.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on BE. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Accounts or Profile

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at beginviyant.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

You need to enter your mobile number on the Login page and click on forgot password. A OTP  will be sent to your registered mobile number. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team at contact@beviyant.com.

You can also login using your registered phone number. An OTP will be sent to the same which can be used to Login without Password.

Credit notes reflect the amount of money which you have pending in your beginviyant account to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus undelivered value. You can see this in “My Account” under credit note details.

My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on beginviyant.com. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future.

Payments

You can pay for your order on beginviyant.com using the following modes of payment:

  1. Cash on delivery
  2. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay)
  3. UPI

There is no VAT. However, GST will be applicable as per Government Regulizations.

You can also login using your registered phone number. An OTP will be sent to the same which can be used to Login without Password.

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on beginviyant.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your beginviyant account as store credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card.

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to on the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any evoucher / coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

The beginviyant Wallet is a pre-paid credit account that is associated with your beginviyant account. This prepaid account allows you to pay a lump sum amount once to beginviyant and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time.

Delivery

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout/order on phone/order on whatsapp, your order will be delivered to you within 1 to 2 hours.  If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations)

Fresh fruits and vegetables are hand-picked and hand cleaned. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery we weigh each item to determine final price. This could vary by 10% at maximum. Therefore if you have shopped for something that costs Rs. 100 per kg, and we delivery 1.5 kg of the product to you (eg cabbage, pineapple), you will still be charged a maximum of Rs. 110. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered, you will pay correspondingly less.

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the location which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right-hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.

You will charge Rs. 10 for each delivery as there is no any minimum order applicable for each order.

You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area – we will inform you before checkout.

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

There is no minimum order for delivery but we charge a nominal delivery fee of Rs. 10 for each order.

Orders

Delivery timing can be changed for an active order through calling us on 022 3557 5602.

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

No, you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible

The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team.

You will receive an email as well as a sms about unavailable items before the delivery of your order.

There is no order cancellation fee as of now.

At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven’t checked the list at the time of delivery we provide a window of 48hrs to report missing items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.

You can cancel an order upto delivering your order to your doorstep or by contacting our customer support team.

Please simply select your desired products, add them to the cart and simply proceed to the online checkout.  You will receive an email as well as SMS notification at the end of the successful transaction.  Your order will be packed and costed on the day of your delivery.

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modification on the website.  Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.  You can make call on 022 3557 5602.  Or you can simply cancel an order through My Orders tab in My Profile section and place a new and fresh order again.

Yes, you can edit quantities and products in your cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel your order by calling us on 022 3557 5602. Or place a fresh order with newly added items.

You can use the “Contact Us” section on the app/web. Alternatively, you can email us or call our customer support centre.  Our customer care executives are always happy to help you.

We handover an invoice cum receipt from the delivery personnel to you at the time of delivery.   After the successful transaction we also send you an acknowledgement through an SMS on your registered mobile number.  Also, you can look at your transaction history in the “My Orders” tab.

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.

The refund value for these returned items shall be added to your BE Wallet.

Yes, it is totally depend on you whether to use your CB wallet amount or not to use at the time of checkout.            

There are no maintenance charges for keeping BE Wallet balance.

There is no minimum amount to keep in BE Wallet.

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on beviyant.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) where you will make payment when the items are delivered to you at your doorstep.

No, there is no any additional fee charges while using payment with the payment gateway and other payment options available there. 

It is completely safe to use my credit/debit card on beviyant.com. We are integrated with best in class payment aggregators which make the payment process simple and safe.

  • Credit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

  • Debit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

This happens, simply, when you take too long to make the direct debit payment and do not manage it in the specified amount of time. Go back to the beviyant.com site and you will be presented with a page to re-attempt the online payment or convert the order to Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

To place a successful order, your payment transaction has to get verified successfully at your bank’s direct debit gateway. The verification can fail because of various reasons. If you made a successful payment but the verification failed, do not worry. The amount debited from your account will get credited back within 7 working days.

Go back to the beviyant.com site and you will be presented with a page to re-attempt the online payment or convert the order to Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

You can use any Visa / MasterCard Credit / Debit Card to pay. In case you don’t have a card, you can use Cash on Delivery option.

No, BE is not charged any additional charges towards product returned due to dissatisfaction and genuine reason of the customer of products returning.  Return of the items is subject to terms and conditions applicable for the same.

We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

The amount will be refunded to your BE Wallet within 24 – 48 hours which you can use in your forthcoming purchases. In case of Cash on Delivery amount will be returned in cash.

beginviyant has a standard policy of weight variance up to 10% on its orders. However, While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram.   • Login to your www.beviyant.com account on your desktop or our app on your mobile.
  • On Website – Click on ‘My Account’ (top right) and you will find ‘Refer & Earn’ under ‘My Account’ Menu.
  • On Mobile App – Click on the Sidebar menu (top left) and go to ‘Refer & Earn’.
  • Use your unique Referral Code to invite your friends and ask them to sign up using your referral code.
  • On successful registration and delivery of a minimum payable order worth INR 2,999/- and above by your friend, you and your friend can earn a BE wallet credit worth INR 100/- each.
  • You can use this BE wallet credit for any future purchases with BE on payable amount of Min. INR 2,999/- or more with BE.
  • Go to beviyant.com or click the signup link received with the invite and register using your referral code.
  • Press the signup button and complete your first purchase of minimum payable amount of INR 2,999/- and above.
  • Once your order is successfully delivered, BE will check if all the required conditions are met and within 24 hours both you and your friend will receive INR 100/- as BE wallet credit.
